The customer service department

Anyone doing business with web hosting company Hostroute, should be aware of some of their hidden "services".
Customers making complaints are referred to what is euphemistically described as the "Customer Service Department, but is in fact burly body builder Gordon Hudson.

Hudson (known locally as "the enforcer") lives on a drug ridden council estate on the outskirts of Edinburgh with his pit bull terrier "Jess" and an ever increasing tribe of children. Driving his Mercedes saloon with lowered suspension and fancy alloys he heads from one appointment to the next, visiting disgruntled customers.

Few customers ever have anything bad to say about the company after these visits and even Watchdog's Matt Allwright came away from doorstepping Hudson for a TV programme believing that "cupboardy" was an actual word in the dictionary meaning "cupboard like".

So consider yourself warned.
